Posting your pictures on social networking sites will not give you anything, but posting it into this site will earn you something, less but at least there is something. Direct all your friends to check all your pictures into this site and you earn more! You have the option to save your pictures online, and an option to earn as well! About the number of pictures you can save, please check their FAQs, but on my knowledge, I'm pretty sure its unlimited, unless you leave your account untouched for a like 6 months or so then your account will be frozen. Will you let your account to stay idle for that long when you know that you can get something out of it? I don't think so.
